Our February highlights from around the Houses

While warmer weather is – allegedly – just around the corner, February was peak winter at our London base and elsewhere. What better way to turn the heat up through the coldest month than with live music?  

The mercury was running high across our European and UK Houses with jaw-dropping performances from Soho House favourites Gemello, Aitch, and Jocelyn Brown, while over in Mumbai a Prom-themed party did the same.

Soho Presents: Jocelyn Brown with Bacardi at White City House 
The legendary Brooklyn-based R&B and dance artist brought the heat in an impressive live performance in our west London outpost – bringing everyone in the crowd up to their feet to dance. 

Soho House x Ivorypress dinner in Madrid
In Madrid, Cities Without Houses teamed up with the specialist art publishing house for an exclusive dinner in celebration of the 42nd edition of ARCO, Madrid’s famed contemporary art fair. 

Secret Sounds: Gemello at Soho House Rome
Always a member favourite, the latest in our global series of performances – presented in partnership with Patrón – saw lucky Soho House Rome members enjoy a surprise gig from Roman songwriter and rapper, Gemello. To say he – and the crowd – rose to the occasion is an understatement.

Prom Night at Soho House Mumbai
Last week, Soho House Mumbai hosted an end-of-school-inspired night of celebration, with members dressed to the nines in their best tuxes and gowns. The crowd danced all night – not least when singer-songwriter Kavya Trehan took the stage. If only all our high school experiences were like this.

Secret Sounds: Aitch at 180 House
Our series of surprise gigs were on a roll this month with members at this central London House making the most of an under-the-radar show from British rapper Aitch, in partnership with Patrón. The Brit winner impressed members with a high-energy set that’s sure to be talked about for months to come.
