Each week, we round up the top events from across our global Houses. Scroll on to see the highlights from those ‘had to be there’ moments in Chicago, Paris, New York, and more.

A night with Jazz is Dead, Soho House Chicago
We partnered with Stone Island to bring the record label, Jazz is Dead, to Soho House Chicago for a two-part event. The first part saw the collective sit down with members in a Behind The Music talk where they shared insights into their identity and mission, followed by a brief Q&A. In the second half, Jazz is Dead cofounder and music producer, Adrian Younge, joined forces with renowned musician Brian Jackson for a House session.

Fashion for Breakfast: Mickey Boardman and Sally Singer, Soho House Chicago
Last Friday, Committee member Travis Paul Martin sat down with Mickey Boardman, director of special projects at Paper Magazine, and Sally Singer, president of Art + Commerce, for a discussion about the intersection of fashion, media and the future in the latest edition of our Fashion for Breakfast series. The trio shared their honest take on working in fashion, print and media, and swapped stories from working directly with Anna Wintour to creating a media platform for the MET, and Boardman’s icon shoot with Kim K and Paper Magazine.

An evening with Tyla, DUMBO House
On Tuesday, DUMBO House hosted singer-songwriter Tyla and her team at Epic Records for an intimate dinner and afterparty, following her performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Member dinner, Cities Without Houses, Memphis
Our Cities Without Houses Memphis team hosted a curated member dinner at Pantá, a Catalan-inspired tapas restaurant by Food & Wine magazine’s ‘Best New Chef’, Kelly English. Guests tucked into a family-style tasting menu with signature Soho House cocktails.

Art Week at Soho House Paris
In celebration of Paris Art Week, our French outpost hosted a special Art+ Party in the Cabaret Room. Powered by Porsche, guests enjoyed a special ‘Cayenne’ Mule cocktail, a live performance by Alewya, and DJ sets from Meriem Bennani, Samson and Asmara.

House Trip to Yamanashi, Cities Without Houses, Tokyo
Our Cities Without Houses members enjoyed a curated art trip to Yamanashi Prefecture, known for its scenic nature and art culture. The first stop was Kiyoharu Art Colony, where everyone enjoyed an exclusive tour of famed Japanese architect, Hiroshi Sugimoto’s guesthouse, Washin. This was followed by a family-style lunch at local craft brewery Mangosteen located in a former factory in Hokuto City. Finally, Gasbon Metabolism founder, Shinjiro Nishino, showed members around his contemporary art complex.
