Fourth anniversary, Soho House Hong Kong
Soho House Hong Kong turned four last week and we celebrated with a week’s worth of events. There was a special anniversary edition of our famous Feast, a live art battle, exhibitions, custom dinners and, of course, a blowout party with a music line-up that kept members dancing all night.
Sister Sledge, Brighton Beach House
Last weekend, the legendary Sister Sledge took to the stage at Brighton Beach House, giving members an intimate performance of their greatest hits, such as ‘Thinking Of You’ and ‘Lost In Music’.
Paul Schrader dinner and workshop, Soho House Berlin
German artist and member Paul Schrader hosted a two-day dinner and workshop at our Berlin House, powered by Porsche. Members and guests were treated to a special exhibition and fireside chat with the artist, as well as a workshop where Schrader shared his tips on colour combinations.
House Party: Porsche takeover, Soho Warehouse
Photographer and director Estevan Oriol and our friends at Porsche hosted a House Party at Soho Warehouse in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. World-renowned artist Alex ‘DEFER’ Kizu and rising artist Sharky Edwards transformed the new 2024 Cayenne into a custom art piece, while members enjoyed airbrushed tees from OG Magoo and sets from DJ Zandra, Mike Taylor and Asia Shabazz.
Anine Bing Style Studio, Soho House West Hollywood
Style Studio, our monthly fashion event series highlighting designers and brands, welcomed fashion designer Anine Bing to the Soho House West Hollywood garden last week. Writer and fashion journalist Tonje Kristiansen hosted a panel discussion and Q&A with the Anine Bing creative team, including chief strategy officer, Annika Meller, and COO Olivia Gentin. Members had the opportunity to browse the new collection, gaining exclusive insight into the brand and its new campaign with Kate Moss.
Brunch with Cristina Martinez, Cities Without Houses Seattle
Our Cities Without Houses Seattle community closed out National Hispanic Heritage Month with a waterfront brunch in honour of contemporary painter, Cristina Martinez. Members and guests enjoyed a custom Mexican menu from chef Gabriel Chavez, and received a special ‘one of one’ work of art from Martinez.
Design and dialogue presents LUAR, Soho House New York
Raul Lopez, the founder of LUAR, was joined by award-winning poet, spoken word artist and actor Andrew ‘Lemon’ Andersen at Soho House New York for a special talk. Together, they discussed the designer’s work and accolades, including CFDA American Accessory Designer of the Year Award and an LVMH Prize nomination.
