Having performed with Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, and collaborated with the likes of Tinie Tempah, Stormzy and JME, Ms Banks demonstrated her flair for wordplay and lyricism at White City House last Friday without breaking a sweat. Pulling fans onto the stage to rap alongside her, the south-east Londoner kept the crowd on their feet, seamlessly switching from funny and cutting, to emotionally vulnerable and empowering.
