One Night Only: Inside our pop-up dinner series at the Houses

One Night Only is Soho House’s signature series of food pop-ups, where renowned local chefs take over our kitchens and create a unique menu for a special member experience. Together with Bacardí’s incubator brands, such as St-Germain, Angel’s Envy and Santa Teresa 1796 rum, we will continue to bring you one-of-a-kind dinner parties throughout the year. 

Below are just a few of the recent events from our Houses in the UK and Europe, giving you a glimpse of what to expect. Don’t forget to check out our events page for upcoming One Night Only dinners at your local House.  

One Night Only: Matt Ryle in partnership with St-Germain at White City House 
Pen Yen at White City House played host to Matt Ryle, the head chef at Maison Francois, one of London’s most popular new brasseries. Earlier in his career, Ryle honed his skills at the then-Michelin-starred L’Ortolan and The Dorchester, where he put classical French cookery into practice. In 2018, he appeared as a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals. 

The evening featured a four-course meal including a welcome cocktail from our friends at St-Germain.

One Night Only: Kricket in partnership with Angel’s Envy at Shoreditch House 
Kricket, a collection of Indian-inspired restaurants, joined our One Night Only line-up to host an intimate night on the Back Deck at Shoreditch House. Founders Rik Campbell and Will Bowlby combine local ingredients with the authentic flavours, aromas and spices of India to create seasonal, modern Indian plates. 

After starting out in 2015 as a 20-seat concept in a shipping container in Brixton, south London, Kricket has now grown to include three London restaurants and a bar called Soma.  

One Night Only: Glory Kabe in partnership with Angel’s Envy at Soho House Berlin 
Chef Glory Kabe hosted Soho House Berlin’s first One Night Only last in February in honour of Black History Month. The four-course menu featured her signature traditional dishes from the African diaspora with a vegan touch.

One Night Only: Tatiana and Katia Levha in partnership with Santa Teresa at Soho House Paris
For this special International Women’s Day edition of One Night Only, the sister chefs behind acclaimed Parisian restaurants Le Servan and Double Dragon brought their signature Franco-Filipino food to Soho House Paris.

One Night Only: Ciro Scamardella in partnership with Santa Teresa at Soho House Rome
Last month, Pipero’s Michelin-starred chef Ciro Scamardella took over the kitchen at Soho House Rome for a special set menu paired with Santa Teresa rum cocktails.

Scamardella’s talent sets Pipero apart with his seasonal dishes, including specialties from his native region of Campania.
