August? Already? We can’t believe it either. Our Houses around the world have so far packed our summer with a programme of exciting events, and there’s no sign of things slowing down. This week’s highlights include Rooftop Sessions in partnership with Lacoste in London, Brighton, Berlin, Miami and Istanbul, plus a live podcast recording in San Francisco, Healing House in Austin, and so much more.

House Sessions: Juvenile, DUMBO House
Last Saturday, hip-hop icon Juvenile took over the rooftop with Cash Money Records in celebration of 25 years of his platinum-selling album, 400 Degreez. After the epic performance, Statik Selektah closed out the night with Juvenile.
Rooftop Sessions in partnership with Lacoste, Brighton Beach House, Shoreditch House, Soho House Berlin, Miami Pool House, and Soho House Istanbul
Our friends at Lacoste took over our rooftops at Brighton Beach House, Shoreditch House, Soho House Berlin, Miami Pool House and Soho House Istanbul for our Rooftop Sessions series. Some of our favourite DJs, including Tiffany Calver and James Massiah, performed live while members swam in the pools filled with inflatable crocs, and enjoyed the infamous Lacoste Cocktail ‘Le Chose’ (The Thing) – an original recipe invented by René Lacoste.
Aperol Sunset Sessions, Soho House Bangkok
Our Sunset Sessions with Aperol series landed in Bangkok last week. Members celebrated summer by lounging around our signature checkerboard pool, drinking Aperol Spritzes, and dancing to the sounds of the Ample Soul band and live DJ sets.
Take the leap with Off The Cuff, Soho Works 10 Jay
At our 10 Jay Street Soho Works location, we celebrated the latest season of Off The Cuff – a storytelling platform designed to spread love and gratitude by giving people flowers. Founder Cristian Palma moderated a panel conversation around entrepreneurship, building community and taking a bet on yourself to pursue your dreams. He was joined by photographer and creative director, Flo Ngala; founder and principal publicist of TWPR, Tequilla White, and cofounder of Freedom March NYC, Chelsea Miller, among others.
Soho Brunch at Capella Singapore, Cities Without Houses Singapore
Our Cities Without Houses team partnered with member-owned, sustainable fashion brand, Lisa Von Tang, to host a brunch at Capella hotel’s poolside restaurant Fiamma in Sentosa. The menu paid homage to Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco’s heritage and was paired with Champagne and Soho House cocktails, followed by DJ Eden Cai on the decks.
Soho House x Live Nation: lunch during Splendour in the Grass, Cities Without Houses Australia
During Splendour in the Grass weekend in Byron Bay, we teamed up with Live Nation to host a lunch on Belongil Beach for members and industry creatives in Sydney. Guests enjoyed food from celebrity chef Shannon Bennett and restaurateur Tyler Preston, before seeing acts from the likes of Tkay Maidza, Arlo Parks, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Flume at the festival.
Healing House, Soho House Austin
In Austin, Ameer Abdullah, a nine-year National Football League veteran; Chris Archer, a 10-season Major League Baseball veteran, and Japanese mixed martial artist Silas Dubelaar joined us at the House for a conversation on how integrating holistic wellness practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation and psychedelics have enlightened the game. Justin Wren, a professional mixed martial artist moderated the inspiring talk, before a breathwork and guided meditation session led by Samson Odusanya.
Live podcast recording of Point Forward, Cities Without Houses San Francisco
Former NBA teammates Andre Iguodala and Evan Turner joined our Cities Without Houses San Francisco community at member-owned space Four One Nine for a live recording of their podcast, Point Forward. Each week, they unleash sharp analysis on everything from sports headlines and tech innovations to book reviews and internet memes.
