Inside our mid-May events around the Houses

Kesha exclusive album listening party, Ludlow House
Last week in New York, we celebrated the debut of Kesha’s unreleased album Gag Order with a listening party at Ludlow House. Members filled the Velvet Room in white, red and yellow attire (per Kesha’s request) for an immersive and intimate listening experience, complete with the singer-songwriter sharing her story behind the album.

Bar Takeover with Discount Suit Company, Soho House 76 Dean Street 
In London, 76 Dean Street hosted its new Bar Takeover series with Discount Suit Company. In partnership with Woodford Reserve, they served members classically inspired cocktails set to their signature sound of vintage soul, funk and disco.

Secret Sounds: The Hives, Ludlow House
Swedish rock band The Hives gave New York members a surprise performance last week at Ludlow House. 

Secret Sounds is our series of live performances across all of our global Houses, where the performer isn’t announced until the night of the event.

Sound Session: Heart Activation Collective, Soho House Bangkok
Heart Activation Collective, a group of spiritual practitioners consisting of Sombun Kringkrai, Tommy Hanson, Note Panayanggool and Temp. Jiradt, hosted ‘Sacred Cacao, Spirits Sound and Healing Vibrations Of The Elements’ last weekend at Soho House Bangkok. The Sound Session cultivated new connections among members with their range of ancient and modern instruments, sacred cacao and ancient sound baths. 

House Party powered by Porsche together with Porsche Australia, CWH Sydney
Cities Without Houses Sydney member and Australian fashion designer, Michael Lo Sordo, hosted a House Party for friends and members to celebrate his milestone of 10 years in the industry at the recently opened Armorica in Surry Hills. Australian creatives gathered for cocktails and DJ sets from London’s Madam X and South Pacific selector Kilimi, plus a live set by South-African R&B singer, Shana.

Soho Rising: SuperJazzClub, Brighton Beach House
Our latest Soho Rising artist, SuperJazzClub, took over Brighton Beach House in the UK last week with an electric performance supported by Patrón tequila.

The Ghanaian creative collective consists of artists/ producers/ filmmakers and DJs BiQo, Øbed, Seyyoh, Tano Jackson, Joey Turks, Ansah Live, and Anthony Orleans-Lindsay. 

Masquerade fiesta, Soho House Mumbai
Our Mumbai House threw a vibrant night of Latin and dancehall tunes, with festive decor and salsa performances. Members clad in bright colours and masks danced all night with tequila cocktails by Patrón in hand.
