Soho House pops up at Singapore Art Week 2024

From Wednesday 17 to Saturday 20 January, we’ll be heading to Singapore, bringing the Soho House Residency to the country’s Art Week. Over four days, attendees will have access to programming in and around The Warehouse Hotel in Robertson Quay, with talks, parties and dinners all on the agenda. We’ll also be offering special bedroom rates at the hotel for Soho House members and Soho Friends. 
  
Throughout the week, a host of House Regular dishes and cocktails will be available, alongside a special restaurant takeover by Soho House Bangkok. Created by executive chef Kesinee Damrongsakul, there will be a Baan Soho lunch menu featuring Thai favourites, with members able to book a table for up to seven people. 
  
During the residency, you can enjoy inspiring art displays, including ‘Gestures of Affection’, a commission by Maison Valentino created by interdisciplinary Singaporean artist Sarah Choo Jing in the main club space. The body of work comprises seven digital videos, each featuring a female protagonist and referencing the different facets of the moon.

Taking place at the Soho House Residency, New York gallerist Sundaram Tagore will sit down with Hong Kong-based journalist Payal Uttam for an honest conversation about the importance of looking for meaning in art beyond the bottom line.

Join us and our friends at ART SG for a private viewing of the work on offer at Southeast Asia’s leading international art fair, taking place at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Enjoy a preview of S.E.A. Focus 2024, a showcase of contemporary art from around Southeast Asia. Curated by John Tung, Serial And Massively Parallel, features regional artworks that explore the intersection of human identity and technological advancement.

We’ll close our Soho House Residency with a party with ART SG as we bring together artists, collectors, gallerists and members for an evening of performances from an all-female line-up, along with a menu of Soho House cocktail favourites from our outposts around the world.
