Everything happening at our Miami Houses during Art Week

Art Week – one of the biggest events in Miami’s cultural calendar – is just around the corner. Our Houses in the city are going to be front and centre of the action, with a host of panels, parties and beachfront activations taking place at Soho Beach House and Miami Pool House. You’ll also find artwork from Soho House member and artist Typoe, powered by Porsche, throughout Soho Beach House.

This year, our Beach Tent returns to Soho Beach House. Here, we’ll host some of Art Week’s most anticipated events, including a performance from singer-songwriter Amaarae and a DJ set by Bob Moses, as well as Art Talks with some of the industry’s most recognisable names.

Saturday 30 November

House Party: Beach Tent opening night
Beach Tent, Soho Beach House
9pm to 3am
We’re kicking off Art Week and celebrating the opening of the Beach Tent with a party in collaboration with Miami’s Peachfuzz. With sets from DZA and friends, enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and we’ll see you on the dance floor.

Club Sounds: Louie Arson and Kamari 
Club Bar, Soho Beach House
11pm to 3am
Celebrating some of the best talent in dance music around the world, Club Sounds brings innovative and specialist DJs into the Houses for one-off performances. For this special Art Week edition, we’ll be hosting a DJ set by Louie Arson and Kamari.

Teeny Tent

For the first time, we’re making Teeny Tent a part of our Art Week programming. Bring your little ones to the Beach Tent for a very special takeover, complete with a kids’ rave – as well as food and drink options to suit all ages.

Monday 2 December

Art Talk: Bisa Butler and Hebru Brantley
Beach Bar, Soho Beach House Miami
2pm to 4pm
Join us in the Beach Bar for a conversation between fibre artist Bisa Butler, known for her  life-size quilted portraits, and Hebru Brantley, who’s renowned for his Afro-Futurism approach to anime and graffiti. Arrive early for a complimentary welcome cocktail to celebrate the launch of Bombay Sapphire’s Stir Creativity Beach Bar.

Pool Sound Session: John Butler
Main pool, Soho Beach House

Following the day’s Art Talk, we’ll be hosting a Sound Session by the pool, with a set by DJ John Butler and plenty of Bombay Sapphire cocktails.

One Night Only: The Fountain of Youth
Ocho, Soho Beach House 
6pm to 10pm
Experience the ‘Fountain of Youth’ with evian at this special Art Basel edition dinner, where art, food and mixology come together through creativity and craftsmanship. The evening will celebrate evian’s 2024 limited-edition glass bottles, designed by Pharrell Williams through the lens of his lifestyle brand Humanrace – symbolising the shared belief that true wellness begins with hydration.

Join your fellow members for a party in the Beach Tent, as we host a late-night Sound Session with New York’s house and disco icon Eli Escobar. Grab a Grey Goose cocktail and see you on the dance floor.

Tuesday 3 December

Art Talk: Typoe
Beach Tent, Soho Beach House Miami

Typoe joins Soho House Chief Art Director Kate Bryan to discuss his work, creative process, and our very own Art Week installations throughout the House as part of our Soho Visionaries series. Powered by Porsche, it amplifies the voices of artists and members who are driving culture forward.

Secrets of the Soho House Art Collection

Join Kate Bryan, our Chief Art Director for Soho House and Anakena Paddon, curator of Miami Pool House in conversation. They will reveal the stories behind the House’s collection and answer your questions about the Miami art scene and our global collection more widely.

Porsche Presents: art and music with Amaarae

Our legendary art and music party, powered by Porsche, returns for this year’s Art Week with a live performance from singer Amaarae, known for her fusion of pop, R&B and Afrobeats.

Miami DJ, Silent Addy, joins us in the Club Bar for Club Sounds, a celebration of some of the most exciting talent in the dance music world today.

Thursday 5 December

Art Talk: Marguerite Humeau and ICA 
Beach Tent, Soho Beach House
10am to 12pm 
To kick off the day’s proceedings, we’re hosting a conversation between ICA Miami artistic director Alex Gartenfeld, ICA Miami curator Stephanie Seidel, and exhibiting artist Marguerite Humeau. Members can also enjoy a selection of light breakfast bites throughout the talk.

Art Talk: Hans Ulrich Obrist 
Beach Tent, Soho Beach House
1pm to 3pm
Artists Billie Zangewa, Hans Ulrich Obrist and Thomas Girst come together to celebrate the power of art in South Africa. As part of the talk, Obrist and Girst will discuss their new book Esther Mahlangu: To Paint is in My Heart, co-authored with Azu Nwagbogu. Plus, Zangewa will discuss her practice and current show ‘Field of Dreams’ at the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum.

Friday 6 December

Art Talk: Rose Marie Cromwell
The Snug, Soho Beach House
10am to 12pm
Artist Rose Marie Cromwell, whose work features in the Soho House art collection, will be joining members to discuss her career, inspirations, and her photography exhibition that’s displayed in the second-floor corridor of the House.

Casa Vibras: tent edition

Enjoy the best of Latinx DJs and live music with our new series Casa Vibras, coming to the Beach Tent for the first time. Members can sip specialty 400 Conejos Mezcal cocktails as they take in a special beach art installation by Floratorium, with a soundtrack by Las Flaquitas and Zulan, plus Ape Drums of Major Lazer and Fernando Scollo.

In collaboration with LaCroix Water, the penultimate night in the Beach Tent sees a takeover by Grammy-nominated electronic duo Bob Moses. Prepare to let your hair down.

Closing party: Moodymann and Carl Craig

As Art Week draws to a close for another year, members will gather in the Beach Tent for the final party, in collaboration with LaCroix Water. We’ll be hosting DJ legends Carl Craig and Moodymann to close out the week on a high note.
