Soho House Hong Kong pop-up bar at Art Central
Thursday 28 to Sunday 31 March

A cornerstone of Hong Kong Art Week, Art Central showcases the next generation of talent from some of Asia’s most innovative galleries at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Here, we’ll be hosting an exclusive pop-up bar serving Soho House favourites. The bar will also feature a mural curated by non-profit arts organisation HKWALLS and designed by Hong Kong-based Japanese artist, TAXA: a portrait of a woman framed by exotic flowers, representing the natural scenery that surrounds the city.

Cha Chamber – Prelude by Cha Chuen Lap
Tuesday 12 to Wednesday 27 March, 12pm to 8pm

On the ground floor of the House, we’ll be hosting an exhibition by Chinese artist and novelist Cha Chuen Lap, daughter of renowned novelist Jin Yong, curated by fellow artist David Jasper Wong. The exhibition features a number of wine bottles, each carrying a unique story that, much like the yellow wine inside them, are bittersweet and evocative. With a minimalist set design, this immersive piece invites viewers to become part of the exhibit, blurring the lines between reality and illusion.
