The Soho House Inclusivity Board will hold the business accountable to its diversity and inclusion goals
Working alongside our local membership teams and Diversity, Learning & Inclusion Director, the Soho House Inclusivity Board will help to shape the culture of Soho House. The board operates in each city that Soho House has a membership, with 27 positions to be filled globally by the end of Q1 2021. We welcome applications from both members and non-members.
The board will propose creatives from BIPOC networks for membership, ensuring we are reaching new audiences and communities at each of our quarterly committee meetings.
Another key responsibility will be reviewing global applicants for Fellowship membership – high-potential creatives who are applying for complimentary membership to help progress their careers.
The role is part time, with a two-year tenure that's reviewed after 12 months. It requires attendance at a monthly Inclusivity Board meeting, Soho House committee meetings in your city, and a bi-annual Diversity Foundation forum.
Compensation includes a monthly payment, complimentary Soho House membership for the duration of board tenure, and credit to spend on food and drink while in the Houses.
