Camp Tamakwa FAQs

1. Book a cabin with two other members and bring three guests each – 12 guests in total
2. Book a cabin with one other member and bring up to three guests each – eight guests in total
3. Book a spot with one guest and share a cabin with others

Members and guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to Soho House Toronto on Friday, September 2. All guests will be taken to the camp together via a bus that will leave promptly at 12pm. Members and guests are more than welcome to make their own way to the camp if they prefer, but do let us know in advance if you plan on doing this. 

The price includes a two-night stay in a shared cabin, transportation to and from Toronto, food and drinks, bedding, and all activities.

As soon as you book a spot, we’ll send you a payment link and ask that all transactions are made by Friday, August 19. Payments made later than this may result in you losing your place.

Bathrooms are shared by guests within each cabin.

Yes. Please note, all guests must be 21 years and above.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children or pets.

There will be a welcome dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday and a farewell breakfast on Sunday, plus cocktails by Bacardí throughout the weekend.

Yes, if you have dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins. Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas on camp grounds. 

All members and guests must arrive at the camp by 5pm on Friday, September 2.

Soho House will implement appropriate measures geared towards reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission at the premises, in accordance with government guidelines. All members and guests are expected to comply with these safety measures, which include, but are not limited to, applying distancing measures to seating arrangements, accommodating a maximum number of households and/ or attendees in each cabin, and providing for a maximum total number of attendees at the event.
 
We ask that you assist us with the planning by ensuring that all attendees comply with these COVID-19 requirements. This may include checking that you and your guests are free of symptoms and have not travelled to high-risk areas in the previous 14 days, making sure that all attendees have complied with any quarantine requirements, and obtaining signed waivers to confirm this compliance.
