This Soho Spa Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

 

The minimum amount required to activate the Soho Spa Gift Card is £10/€10/$10. The maximum amount that may be on a card is £500/€500/$500.

 

You may use the Soho Spa Gift Card in person for spa services, personal training and retail products at participating Soho Health Club UK locations (excludes Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill) only.  

 

When you use the Soho Spa Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.

 

The Soho Spa Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or vouchers. Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Cards not used for more than 12 months after purchase will expire and the balance be forfeited.

 

Except where required by law, Soho Health Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards and cannot replace them or reimburse any remaining balance.

 

Goods purchased with a Soho Spa Gift Card are exchange only and may be exchanged within [30] days of purchase provided they are returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Treatments or appointments purchased with a Soho Spa Gift Card may be exchanged provided the exchange is requested at least [14] days before the scheduled appointment. Any price difference for exchanged goods, treatments or appointments must be paid by the customer. If the replacement item, treatment or appointment is of a lower value, no credit, cash refund or partial refund will be provided. All exchanges are subject to availability and Soho's exchange policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Soho Health Club will cancel the value of the gift card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

 

If you have any issues with using your Soho Spa Gift Card, please contact our customer care team. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Soho Health Club reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. Soho Health Club reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
