About the workspace
Located in the same building as the House, on the third floor of Empire Stores, the workspace is open throughout the week.
Inside, there are desks and lounge areas – allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – for members to get work done. Settle in at a desk overlooking Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges or connect with others in the lounge, enjoying the complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day.
The workspace includes:

• 200 pages of printing per month
• Podcast equipment and recording studio
• Bike storage, lockers, and showers
• Fully equipped kitchens with food storage areas
While Local House members based at DUMBO House don’t have access to this workspace, you can email membership@sohohouse.com to upgrade at any time

Where is the workspace located inside DUMBO House?
Use the same entrance as the club, showing your membership card to security. Take the elevator to the third floor, where you’ll just need to tap your digital card at reception.
How much do the workspaces at DUMBO House cost?
Access is included in Every House membership for those based at DUMBO House. Local House members based in DUMBO can upgrade their membership to gain access by emailing membership@sohohouse.com.

What amenities are inside the workspace?
There are kitchens with food storage areas and amenities to make hot drinks, as well as printers, lockers, and showers.
You’re also able to book fully equipped meeting rooms including podcast equipment.
What is the guest policy?
Every House members based at DUMBO House can access three guest passes each month. If booking a meeting room, you can invite as many guests as the maximum capacity; this will not count towards your monthly guest passes.
