3. Cold dip with Meghan and Renelyn on Saturday at Soho House Toronto
Suitable for all levels, cold dips are a primal form of therapy challenging your perceived physical and mental limitations while offering incredible benefits. This session with Meghan Yuri Young and Renelyn Quinicot is a perfect introduction for those interested in trying cold exposure for the first time, as well as those who have some previous experience. 4. Sueños Music Festival afterparty on Saturday at Soho House Chicago

5. Night Swim: thuy on Sunday at Soho Warehouse
In honour of AAPAHM, singer-songwriter thuy (pronounced twee) was raised by Vietnamese family with a love for music. Raised in the Bay Area, she was brought up on a steady diet of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, following the 1990s pop queens and formulating her own voice mixed with some R&B influences. ‘My music is authentic, fun, and healing,’ she tells Nylon.
