1/4 heaped cup of crunchy peanut butter
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 heaped tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
