Wonderfruit is just around the corner, and with it comes a range of events hosted by Soho House Bangkok. Over the years, Wonderfruit has become very much a key moment in the cultural calendar, drawing like-minded Thai people and neighbours to Pattaya (just a 90-minute car ride from Bangkok) to celebrate art and culture as a means to encourage and develop meaningful relationships with ourselves and nature – all the things we value at Soho House.

In previous years, our Cities Without Houses team has hosted successful Wonderfruit events, and with the recent opening of Soho House Bangkok, this year we’ll be inviting House members to proceedings.

From Thursday 14 to Monday 18 December, our friends at Wonderfruit have invited us to participate and collaborate across the site. We’ll be hosting special workshops, taking over some dinner tables, partying with guest DJs, and asking members and their families to come and wander around the festival with us.

We’ve also partnered with Wonderfruit to give you a special rate on last-minute tickets. Visit the events page on the Soho House app to find out more.

This includes a foraging tour of the Wonderfruit herb garden. Afterwards, they’ll prepare their own drink using their spoils, along with pre-batched fermented fruit made by Sorum in advance. The drinks will be non-alcoholic with the intention of rehydrating and refreshing festivalgoers. At golden hour, members can join the indigo feeding ritual, where the indigo vats will be fed and put to rest for the day.

The dinner is a tribute to South Asia, celebrating the resilience, pride and peace of its people through food. The menu is inspired by the meals shared among families in the homes of locals, following Thai-Malay recipes preserved through generations and crafted with local seasonal ingredients. Chef Prin Polsuk was the first One Night Only host at our Thai House, and together with the Luuk Rieang group, he aims to use food to empower younger generations.
