Be the first to stay at Soho House São Paulo

Our second outpost in Latin America, Soho House São Paulo will be opening in the coming months. Arriving in one of the most vibrant cities, São Paulo is a hub for art, food, fashion and design – and you can be one of the first members to stay at the new House, with bedrooms now available to book for when the club opens.

Part of one of the city’s largest heritage site redevelopments, Cidade Matarazzo, the club is set in the old maternity ward of the historic Matarazzo Hospital. The buildings were first opened in 1904 by Italian-born Count Matarazzo, and the updated interior design honours this history, with additional Portuguese and Brazilian modernist influences. In keeping with the Cidade Matarazzo’s focus on Brazilian craftsmanship and sustainability, many of the interiors pieces have been sourced from local artisans – and the building will prominently display an art collection by artists based, trained, or professionally developed in Brazil.

The House has 32 bedrooms, ranging from Tiny to Large. Larger bedrooms include a freestanding bath and living area, and some have a private terrace for hosting guests or enjoying cosy dinners. Each bedroom features reclaimed wood flooring, with locally made hand-painted tiles in the bathrooms. All of the finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics and accessories are made in Brazil; many are locally produced or made in São Paulo itself.

There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay: cool off in the rooftop pool – complete with a swim-up bar, work up a sweat in the gym, or relax at the Cowshed spa. Plus, the House has lots of restaurant and club space for socialising, too.
