Over five days, guests will enjoy yoga classes, health-focused workshops and nourishing dishes by Soho Roc House’s Head Chef

Where better to relax and recharge than by the ocean? In May, we’re hosting a Soho Retreat at Soho Roc House, our beachside outpost in Mykonos, between Monday 19 May and Friday 23 May. 

Across the five days, you’ll enjoy views of the Aegean Sea, complemented by a daily menu of Mykonian-inspired, health-focused food curated by head chef Leyteris Lavdas. Staying in one of the House’s 44 bedrooms, you’ll gather each day for restorative movement and yoga classes, wellness and longevity-focused workshops, and a cookery class focused on the whole foods principles of the Mediterranean diet. Don’t forget to pack your swimwear for poolside lounging and dips in the sea during the course of your stay.

After arriving at the House on Monday 19 May, you’ll be greeted with canapes and welcome drinks, and have the chance to meet your fellow retreat guests.

The next day begins with a morning Vinyasa Yoga class led by Lauren Demarest, founder of Sweat Vacay, followed by a healthy breakfast. Afterwards, join Tino DeMartino, Soho House’s Head of Wellness, North America, for an official welcome and a journaling workshop to help clear any mental clutter. Dr Tamsin Lewis (known as Dr Tam) – an expert in longevity and emotional health and wellbeing – will then lead a session on longevity and lifestyle strategies; she’ll explore how to measure biological age and meaningfully impact the pace of ageing. After a healthy lunch, you’ll try cold water therapy with ice baths, followed by some free time that you can spend by the pool or exploring Paraga Beach, where the House is situated. The day will close out with a healthy dinner with your fellow guests.

On Wednesday, start your day with poolside Power Yoga led by DeMartino, complete with live music, followed by breakfast. Next, Dr Tam will lead her second longevity workshop, a practical session built around principles of embodiment and somatic regulation. After lunch, it’s time to get your apron on as Soho Roc House’s Head Chef, Leyteris Lavdas, will teach a cookery class to help you master some nutritious dishes to recreate at home. The afternoon will be filled with time for meditation, sound bath sessions or ice baths to help you unwind before a group dinner takes place in the evening.

On your penultimate day, you’ll wake up to a Vinyasa Yoga session with Demarest. After breakfast, Dr Tam will lead a bioharmony and emotional health empowering workshop, where you’ll learn about longevity supplements and how you can harness the power of bioharmony therapies. Following lunch, you’ll join your fellow guests for a mind and body movement class with the team behind mindful movement community, Sanctum. The session will focus on helping you to reconnect with yourself through gentle movements that empower the body and expand the mind.

Friday 23 May marks the final day of the retreat, with a breakfast closing circle hosted by Dr Tam to share some of your learnings or favourite moments from across the week before it’s time to check out.

Retreat price per bedroom, including full board and all activities, starts from €3,460 for two people (Soho House members) and €3,860 for two people (Soho Friends).
