ICE BATHS 15 minutes £10
 
Cold-water therapy reduces inflammation and muscle soreness, strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, helps overcome stress and anxiety, aids weight management, promotes deeper sleep, and boosts your mood.
 
 The ice bath pod is not suitable for use if any of the following applies:
 
• You have undergone recent surgery, have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or a pacemaker. 
• You have retinal or nerve damage, or have suffered from frostbite. 
• You have an open wound, epilepsy, are pregnant or under 18 years old. 
 
COMPRESSION THERAPY 30 minutes £15
Enjoy this post-workout treatment with a complimentary smoothie. Safe and highly effective, it’s a speedy way to relieve muscle stiffness and swelling.
 
RE PLACE BODY ROLLER 15 minutes Complimentary 
 
Level up your recovery with a 15-minute Body Roller taster session with  Re Place. The Body Roller can help speed up sports recovery by targeting  muscle fatigue and potential DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). Additionally, it’s ideal for soothing already sore muscles, enhancing circulation, and boosting mobility.
 
TECHNOGYM CHECKUP 30 minutes £30
 
Technogym can help you reach your health goals from the inside out using  advanced measurement technology and AI to provide assessment for  physical and cognitive conditions. The Technogym Checkup 3D assistant  provides detailed results, showing progression and abilities to improve. Our fitness coach will guide you through the process and support your analysis.
 
PERSONAL TRAINING 30 minutes £60
 
In just 30 minutes, our express training sessions will keep you motivated and  on track. Quick and effective, this option is perfect if you’re short on time, or  when you simply need some extra guidance and movement inspiration.
 
PERSONAL TRAINING 60 minutes £80
 
Our signature personal training sessions give you the skills, knowledge and  motivation to move and feel better. Following a detailed consultation, you’ll  work one to one with your dedicated trainer to create a personalised plan  that’s based on your goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, manage  weight, improve athletic performance or rehabilitate, you’ll work together  with your trainer to reach the results you want.
 
PERSONAL TOWER PILATES 60 minutes £95 
 
Our signature personal tower Pilates sessions use a range of classical  apparatus, including the tower and barrels. Spring resistance stretches  and strengthens muscles, toning and lengthening the body while improving  flexibility. Individually designed to develop control and challenge all levels,  this session enhances alignment, balance, and precision – perfect for full  body transformation or injury recovery.
 
PERSONAL TRAINING FOR TWO 60 minutes £120 
 
Reach your individual goals as you work out together in our couples personal training sessions. Following a detailed consultation, your personal trainer will customise a workout plan and create adaptations to suit both people’s abilities. Together, you’ll work as a team, boosting your motivation, increasing your performance, and staying committed together.
 

FITNESS CLASSES


Classes are now available to book via the Soho House app. Options include:
 
• Mat classes: £15 per class. A range of sessions including restorative classes like Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, as well as power classes such as Floor 4 and Body Max.
• Studio Pilates: £35 per person. A full-body workout featuring classical Pilates equipment including towers and barrels, as well as spring resistance to focus on controlled, precise movements that stretch and strengthen muscles.
These classes cater to different fitness levels and preferences, providing both restorative and high-energy options.
