The Soho House member and founder of AMCK Models invites you into Shoreditch House for a 10-minute guided breathwork session. She’ll help you tune into your energy by using essential oils and introducing you to the Bolt breathing technique, which consists of various sets of controlled breathing. The practice aims to release tension and offer tranquillity, while making you feel more revitalised.
