Héloïse Nangle instructs a 45-minute high-intensity workout class, accompanied by two colleagues who demonstrate easier and advanced options of each exercise. She leads a number of 20-second sets, combining squats, push-ups and press-ups guaranteed to make you feel the burn. The session works the whole body and requires a pair of weights if you’re joining in from home.
