Everything coming to Soho Health Club in 2026

Health Club 2026

We’re expanding our fitness and wellness offering, with refreshed gyms, new signature classes and tech-enhanced treatments – here’s a look ahead

Thursday 8 January 2026    By Emma McCarthy

We know that for many members, maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t just end at the gym. That’s why we introduced Soho Health Club – a dedicated space that goes beyond fitness, to promote holistic wellbeing, performance and longevity – and it’s why we have a lot of exciting updates planned in the world of wellness at our Houses this year.

The upcoming gym at Soho House Flatiron

Health and wellness facilities are now a core part of 46 Soho House locations around the world, with Soho Health Club giving members access to state-of-the-art gym equipment and our signature, expert-led classes. Our recovery amenities have proved to be a hit with members too, spanning everything from saunas and ice baths to therapeutic massages and our House Smoothie Bars. It’s an approach that centres around five pillars of total health optimisation: hydration, performance, recovery, regeneration, and rest.

For 2026, we’re expanding our Soho Health Clubs as part of our ongoing mission to help members train better, recover faster, and feel more energised – with innovative ways to make these benefits even more accessible to all our members.

Among the biggest advancements include the opening of Soho House Flatiron – our fourth and biggest location in New York – which will feature a 15,000 sq ft wellness centre. UK members, meanwhile, can look forward to the Lazy Wood, which is coming soon to Babington House and will feature private contrast suites with their own saunas, ice bath, and fireside area (plus a personal minibar). Alongside these, here are the highlights to look out for in the coming year.

Introducing Longevity Studios

At Soho Farmhouse in the UK, we’ve introduced a first for Soho House: the Lazy Lab. An extension of our rural, Oxfordshire escape’s Lazy Lake – which is furnished with three infrared sauna cabins, a Wellness Barn with hot and cold contrast therapies, and six onsen-style baths that are sunk into the water itself – the Lazy Lab is a tech-enhanced spa that offers advanced therapies. As Caroline Curry, Global Director of Soho Health Club explains: ‘Lazy Lab redefines wellness as playful, purposeful, and social. Here, members can experiment, explore, and discover what works best for their wellbeing in a setting they feel truly at home in.’

Treatments across our Longevity Studios include: hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which uses high-pressure oxygen to aid tissue repair and recovery; red light therapy, which helps to reduce inflammation and stimulate cell regeneration; and cryotherapy, a regenerating cold therapy to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and accelerate muscle recovery.

LED light facials, provided by The Light Salon, are also available to rejuvenate skin, while Biohacking experts Body Brilliant are on hand to offer bespoke IV Infusion drips to deliver vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the body, along with diagnostic testing for a deeper look into your health.

Soon, we’ll be expanding these services to other Soho Health Clubs around the world and introducing Longevity Studios at the following Houses:

-        180 House
-        Barcelona Pool House
-        Soho House New York
-        Miami Pool House
-        Soho House Los Cabos

Levelling up our gyms

Soho House gyms are second to none. With state-of-the-art equipment, daily expert-led fitness classes, recovery amenities, and unique facilities, they punch well above their weight – and what’s more, Every House members have full access to every single one of our Soho Health Clubs around the world.

New for 2026, Every House members can access complimentary guest gym passes – and we’ve also included an annual complimentary personal trainer session to every global member. To make the most of these extra benefits, we’re working hard to level up our gyms. We’ve introduced private personal trainer spaces and small group PT sessions to our gyms at 180 House, White City House, and Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. We’ve also introduced classical Pilates to Soho Health Clubs at 180 House and Soho Farmhouse, and we’re rolling out our House-favourite group class concepts to Soho Health Clubs around the world.
