Meditation & Breathwork (50 minutes)
A soothing class that blends breathing with guided meditation to deeply relax the mind and body. Through calming frequencies and mindful breathwork, this session eases tension and reduces stress.
Stretch & Reset (50 minutes)
This class blends the best of flexibility and mobility work to unlock the body’s full potential. Designed for all fitness levels, this session focuses on improving posture, enhancing joint mobility and increasing overall flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga (50 minutes)
This class is designed to create a fluid and engaging experience, combining movement, strength and mindfulness to leave participants feeling both energised and grounded.
Power Yoga (50 minutes)
Power yoga is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to elevate your fitness and wellbeing. This invigorating practice combines strength-building movements with mobility-focused flows to create a balanced and powerful experience.
Barre Sculpt (50 minutes)
This dynamic barre sculpt workout is the perfect blend of strength, flexibility and cardio, designed to sculpt your entire body. Inspired by ballet and functional fitness, this class focuses on small, controlled movements and high-rep, low-impact exercises to tone muscles, improve posture, and increase endurance.
Resist (50 minutes)
A mat-based workout using a resistance band to target your glutes and abs. With small, precise movements and high repetitions, this class sculpts, tones, and strengthens. Suitable for all fitness levels, it builds strength, improves endurance and delivers a satisfying post-workout glow.
Mat Pilates (50 minutes)
A low-impact class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Using precise, mindful movements, this practice targets deep muscles to promote balance and a stronger, more aligned body.
Studio Pilates (50 minutes)
A full-body workout in a small group setting using a range of classical apparatus, including the tower and barrels. Spring resistance stretches and strengthens muscles, toning and lengthening the body while improving flexibility. Designed to develop control and challenge all levels, this class enhances alignment, balance, and precision.
Floor 4 (50 minutes)
A powerful, full-body signature class designed to build strength and endurance, focusing on four foundational movements: push, pull, legs, and core. You’ll target major muscle groups, improve stability, and increase core power. This class will push your physical limits, and leave you feeling stronger and more resilient.
Body Max (50 minutes)
A high-intensity class that combines short bursts of maximum effort with quick recovery periods. This class is designed to boost your heart rate, burn calories, and improve both cardiovascular endurance and muscle power. Expect a challenging mix of cardio and strength exercises that will push your limits and leave you feeling energised.
