We’re always looking for ways to improve your Soho House membership – here’s what you can look forward to in the months ahead

As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to share all we have planned to make Soho House membership the best it can be. We’ve made a lot of progress in 2025, the year we celebrated 30 years of Soho House. Every House membership is now your passport to 48 Houses around the world, with access to their bars, restaurants, Soho Health Clubs, bedrooms, screening rooms, and amazing events – and there’s much more to look forward to in the year ahead.
NEW HOUSES
In 2025, we opened three new Houses: Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, Barcelona Pool House and Soho House Manchester.
In 2026, we will open two more. Coming in the spring, Soho House Tokyo will span four floors of club space, with a rooftop pool, wellness studio, and 42 bedrooms. Later in the year, we welcome Soho House Los Cabos, with club spaces, a Soho Health Club with a pool, a Cecconi’s, a Sunset and Cabaret Bar, plus 15 rooms.
In 2025, we opened three new Houses: Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, Barcelona Pool House and Soho House Manchester.
In 2026, we will open two more. Coming in the spring, Soho House Tokyo will span four floors of club space, with a rooftop pool, wellness studio, and 42 bedrooms. Later in the year, we welcome Soho House Los Cabos, with club spaces, a Soho Health Club with a pool, a Cecconi’s, a Sunset and Cabaret Bar, plus 15 rooms.
Looking ahead to 2027, we’ll start work on our fourth (and largest) House in NYC – Soho House Flatiron – and finish construction on Soho Farmhouse New York in Upstate New York.
We’re also preparing to unveil two firsts for Soho House: our first Soho Desert House Palm Springs – located in the historic Coachella Valley and home to our largest pool, at over 180ft in length – and the first Soho Ranch House, with 50 cottages scattered across acres of Californian wine country in Sonoma.
In Europe, we have new Houses planned in some of the continent’s most vibrant cities, including Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, and a Soho Farmhouse in Tuscany. And beyond 2027, we’re preparing to open Houses in Sydney, Melbourne, Goa, and Delhi as part of our commitment to continuing to expand our global network for Every House members.

ENHANCING OUR EXISTING HOUSES
We began a series of renovations in 2025. In London, we refreshed the interiors of Shoreditch House, opened a new Soho Health Club at 180 House, and welcomed Thai-inspired restaurant Speedboat Bar to Electric House, in Portobello. In North America, Soho House West Hollywood reopened with a full refresh and a new garden restaurant by Nancy Silverton, while over at Soho Warehouse, Persian restaurant Berenjak made its LA debut. Soho House New York, Soho Beach House in Miami and Soho House Toronto also received significant updates to club spaces, restaurants, and menus.

In 2026, we’re continuing with a full refurbishment of all of the bedrooms at Soho House New York and opening a new social wellness space. Set over two floors, it will offer members diagnostic testing, IVs, contrast suites, hyperbaric chambers, and red-light therapy.
In Miami, we’ll also begin a full renovation of all 50 bedrooms at Soho Beach House and open a new Soho Health Club. Miami Pool House will also benefit from an entirely new look and feel, with four padel courts, a Health Club Cafe serving smoothies and nutritious food, and an indoor/outdoor gym that offers Pilates, HIIT and yoga classes, and contrast suites. Over on the West Coast, we’re adding rooftop pickleball courts at Soho House Holloway.
In Miami, we’ll also begin a full renovation of all 50 bedrooms at Soho Beach House and open a new Soho Health Club. Miami Pool House will also benefit from an entirely new look and feel, with four padel courts, a Health Club Cafe serving smoothies and nutritious food, and an indoor/outdoor gym that offers Pilates, HIIT and yoga classes, and contrast suites. Over on the West Coast, we’re adding rooftop pickleball courts at Soho House Holloway.
Wellness across our UK Houses continues to get better, notably at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire, where we introduced our Lazy Lab this year. The new wellness space offers advanced treatments and technologies that promote and support longevity, including IVs, diagnostic testing, contrast suites, hyperbaric chambers, and red-light therapy. We also opened new padel courts, a refreshed gym and classical Pilates studio, as well as a new family pool and play area.
In 2026, the expansion continues with the arrival of the Lazy Wood at Babington House, – outdoor wooden cabins nestled within the secluded countryside grounds that offer open fires, contrast suites with a sauna and plunge pool, and your own minibar.
Plus, at our newest House – Soho House Manchester – we’ll be opening the rooftop pool and Soho Health Club (which spans an entire floor), as well as bedrooms early in the new year.

BRINGING YOU THE BEST EXPERIENCES
We’ll continue to bring you more of the events you love; from House Comedy and jazz nights, to intimate live music performances and In Conversations, alongside member favourites such as Soho House Festival, Soho Food Festival, and Soho Summit.
In April, we’ll be back at Coachella with The Hideout – a Soho House pop-up on the festival site that gives members a private space to eat, drink, and relax. And, with no Glastonbury next year, we’re bringing the festival spirit to Babington House with a Family Fete weekend featuring glamping, live music, and food pop-ups.
In October, we’ll be hosting our first Soho House Festival New York, bringing members an unforgettable day of live music, entertainment, and unlimited food and drink in the heart of Manhattan. Plus, we’ll host our first international Wellness Summit across both Miami Houses.
And that isn’t all – we’re excited to be expanding our partnership with Lewis Hamilton and Formula 1®, bringing House 44 to nine cities around the world in 2026.
UPGRADING THE SOHO HOUSE APP
We’re launching Ask Vanessa – a new AI-powered assistant and digital concierge on the Soho House app that helps you discover, plan, and book your visit to the Houses. Simply type what you’re looking for, and Vanessa will respond with information or suggest ideas personalised to you, based on your preferences and what’s on nearby.
There’s more functionality coming to the app over the months ahead. Be sure to download the latest version to help you get the most out of your membership wherever you are.
