Inside our second House in Mexico – Soho House Los Cabos
Our third Latin American House is opening in Cabo del Sol later this year, bringing unspoilt views, our longest pool ever – and a new coastal twist on Cecconi’s

With Soho House Tokyo now open, we’re looking ahead to another new House arriving later this year – bringing the total number globally to 50. Soho House Los Cabos will be our second outpost in Mexico, following the opening of Soho House Mexico City in 2023.
Located in Cabo del Sol, on the southern coast of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, the House sits against a backdrop of desert and rugged mountain scenery along a stretch of coastline at the point where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Just a short drive from the bustle of San José del Cabo, the natural beauty of its surroundings ensures it feels tranquil and private.

Just a short drive from the bustle of San José del Cabo, the natural beauty of its surroundings ensures it feels tranquil and private.
As with every House that we open, the design of Soho House Los Cabos draws from the craft, techniques and traditions of its local environment, while still remaining true to Soho House’s signature style. Here, that includes the use of plenty of natural materials, including terracotta and local woods. It also makes full use of the strong connection between the indoors and outdoors that its landscape and climate allow, with a large terrace and pool area that offers a natural invitation to come together to eat, drink, and relax.
Alongside a selection of local and international food options, Soho House Los Cabos will offer a coastal-inspired take on Cecconi’s modern Italian flavours. Cecconi’s Costiera – which translates directly from Italian as ‘coastline’ – will serve a reimagined menu centred on seafood, lighter dishes, and a more relaxed, sun-led dining experience. Carpaccios, crudos, tartare, seafood risotto, spaghetti vongole, and salt-baked fish served at the table are just some of the dishes you can look forward to trying.
Just a short stroll away, overlooking a 200m stretch of private beach is the House’s bar and beachfront pool – the longest at any of our Houses to date. It’s an area that’s designed for spending the day at, with plenty of loungers, a menu offering light bites suited to the setting, and drinks from the swim-up bar.

Other spaces in the House include a Cabaret Bar for performances and parties, a Mezcal Bar serving artisanal spirits, and a Beach Club. There will also be a full Soho Health Club. Alongside a fully equipped gym and a studio for classes, including yoga and Pilates, it will offer advanced technology – including a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light therapy bed, IV therapies, and diagnostics – plus a holistic wellness offering, with a selection of our signature treatments.
There will also be 15 bedrooms (12 Casas and three spacious Casonas), some of which feature private plunge pools. And, in a first for Soho House globally, the location will also be home to our first residences: Soho Residences Los Cabos.

Born from our members’ desire for a true ‘home from home’ experience, Soho Residences Los Cabos extend the House experience into longer-term living.
Located adjacent to the House and created for longer stays, each fully serviced residence is designed in the signature Soho House style, and reflects the same commitment to local craft, design traditions and materials that Soho House Los Cabos offers. Residents will enjoy full access to the House, alongside services including concierge, housekeeping and in-residence dining.
