As regular visitors to White City House will be aware, we’ve been busy making some exciting improvements to several spaces – all with the aim of bringing you the very best of what Soho House has to offer under one roof. We’re now pulling the curtain on all that’s new, from refreshed menu options and an enhanced Health Club to a standout roster of events to enjoy this summer.

Fitness and wellbeing have been one of the key areas of focus, so we’re happy to share that the doors to our new-look Soho Health Club are now open, bringing members one of our most advanced wellness offerings to date.
Step inside and you’ll find a fully refreshed indoor pool area and ice baths, alongside an enhanced spa that’s been tailored to create a fully realised holistic wellbeing space. As well as two brand-new traditional saunas – which can accommodate up to 25 people each – the relaxation space in the hammam now features additional seating, alongside new hydrogen taps. The area will serve as the focal point for new wellness programming, such as sound evenings and recovery-focused events in the contrast suite, starting with a month-long series of offerings.
Look forward to social 5Ks, regenerative yoga, and breathwork, meditation and sound healing, as well as nutrition-based workshops – all great ways to meet and get to know your fellow members.

And the enhancements to our west London Soho Health Club don’t stop there – you can now try three new advanced wellbeing therapies: red light therapy (or photobiomodulation, aka PBM) to improve circulation and boost cellular repair to aid post-exercise recovery, promote collagen production, and optimise skin health; hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which boosts oxygen levels to help accelerate healing and reduce inflammation while enhancing cognitive function, energy, and general wellbeing; and cryotherapy – which helps to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and ease muscle fatigue through carefully controlled exposure to extreme sub-zero temperatures.
That’s not all. For those looking to delve deeper, White City House now also offers diagnostic testing – designed by doctors and delivered by a team of medical nurses in partnership with Body Brilliant – for precision-crafted wellness treatments tailored to you and your needs, alongside a range of IV infusions to boost hydration, energy levels, and more.
We’ve also given our menus a refresh, adding health-focused options that include a lunchtime ‘build a bowl’, which can be pre-ordered directly from the Health Club via a QR code, ready to be picked up at the end of a workout or recovery session. With a varied list of nutrient-rich ingredients – everything from grains, leafy greens, and protein-rich meats and pulses to gut-friendly options such as kimchi and pickles – it lets you design the perfect plate according to your personal tastes and dietary needs.

Elsewhere in the House, the evening menus have been refreshed, too – with new dishes including French Onion dip with Kettle chips, Pork Schnitzel with cowboy butter and mustard leaves, and Hereford Ribeye with chips. During the day, dessert menus feature Protein Gelato, Date and Cacao Balls, and Acai with seeded butter, berries, collagen, and granola, while the evenings bring with them summer favourites such as Eton Mess with strawberries, Chocolate Mousse with sea salt, and a Knickerbocker Glory.
Finally, to celebrate all these exciting new changes, we’re bringing a supercharged programme of events to White City House this summer. Rita Ora and Rizzle Kicks are just two of the names who will be performing in the weeks and months ahead, with more to be announced soon. And with our Summer of Football in full swing, there’s plenty for sports fans, too, with the England games being shown on the big screen, plus additional events – including talks with some of football’s biggest names – taking place across the tournament.
All that, of course, is in addition to an already busy schedule of regular events at the House, which offers everything from In Conversations and cabaret nights to film clubs and wellness workshops each week. And they’re all there ready and waiting for you to discover this summer – only at White City House.
