As the days get longer, we can all enjoy spending more time outside – and that includes at our Houses. With rooftop season upon us, we’re bringing new food pop-ups and residencies, refreshed menus, and extending our drink offerings so that more of you get to enjoy them in your local Houses.

We’re also working with new suppliers to ensure our regular offerings – including long-standing member favourites – are better than ever, with lots of new things to try on both local and global menus. Read on for more details on all these and more.

Summer specials
If you’re in New York this summer, you’re going to want to try two exciting new food pop-ups that are perfect for the warmer months. Over in Brooklyn, Salt & Buoy will be serving a menu of poolside food and drinks, New England-style on the rooftop at DUMBO House. Stop by for one of its famed Maine Lobster Rolls and a Spiked Peach Arnold Palmer or Habanero Hibiscus (tequila, hibiscus, coconut water, lime, and habanero agave). Meanwhile, at Ludlow House, every day is oyster day with Eventide Oyster Co. bringing its premium shellfish to Lower East Side.

Elsewhere, Soho House Austin gets a taste of California in the form of San Francisco’s lauded Cal-Italian restaurant, Che Fico. Its residency runs from June to December, and we’re celebrating with a One Night Only dinner featuring a special menu and kitchen takeover from its executive chef and co-owner, David Nayfeld on Friday 5 June. Keep an eye on the app for details of how to book, coming soon.

Berenjak comes to Chicago
The London-founded Persian restaurant Berenjak first crossed the pond when it opened at DUMBO House in 2024 – where it’s getting ready to extend onto the terrace for summer dining. A second offering opened at Soho Warehouse last year in a beautiful space designed to resemble a Persian garden. Now, those who live in – or are visiting – the Windy City will be able to enjoy its menu of kababs, mazeh and khoresht when Berenjak opens at Soho House Chicago later this year.

Settle in for a Sunday Feast
Our Sunday Feasts are a hit with members worldwide, and this year more Houses will be offering our weekly spread of signature food and drinks for you to enjoy with friends and family. These include DUMBO House, Soho House West Hollywood and Soho House Austin, plus Soho House Tokyo.

Member favourites better than ever
Our club menus are favourites with our members for a reason. Now, we’re taking it up a notch by refining the recipes you already love and introducing some new dishes. We’re taking extra care with the provenance of our ingredients too, working with suppliers and brands that are widely recognised for being the best in the industry. These include Creekstone Farms and DeBragga beef for steak and minced beef respectively, kale from Finley Farms, calamari from Monterey Bay (for West Coast Houses) and Point Judith (East Coast), Faroe Island salmon and chicken from Mary’s Chickens.

Drop by our New York Houses for the refreshed dishes, including Fried Chicken with chilli, coriander, and ranch dressing; Hamachi Crudo with cucumber and yuzu ponzu; Wild Shrimp Cocktail; half a Maine Lobster and fries; Lobster Mac & Cheese, a Double Stack Smash Burger; and New York steak – your choice of 8oz Creekstone Farms skirt steak or filet mignon – with fries and bearnaise sauce.

Pen Yen’s refreshed menu – now at Soho Farmhouse
Since February, members have been enjoying the refreshed menu at our izakaya-style Japanese restaurant, Pen Yen, at Shoreditch House. Now, Soho Farmhouse is getting in on the action, too. Drop by to try new feature dishes, including Pork Gyoza with XO and tosazu; Wagyu Tartare with kizami wasabi and rice cracker; Koji Salmon served with choy sum and dashi; and Katsu Japanese Aubergine with black garlic and chilli.

Try 180 House’s new Mediterranean-inspired menu
Also launched in February was the all-new Mediterranean-inspired menu at 180 House, created by Soho House Executive Chef, Nathanial Tofan. Offering both light bites, such as Spicy Feta with fried courgette dip and flatbread, or Coal-Baked Beets with yoghurt, sumac and mint, as well as heartier dishes including Angus Picanha with confit garlic and brown butter, or Octopus with fava beans, tomato and oregano, there’s something to suit every taste and time of day. And with a selection of dishes from the new menu also available to diners on the rooftop, now’s the perfect time to stop by and try it for yourself.

Mixing it up with matcha
And it’s not just our food offerings that have had a refresh. There’s lots of new things to look forward to on the drinks front, too. Our matcha-based smoothies and lemonades – created with Nekohama Ceremonial Matcha, which is grown and harvested on a family-operated farm on the Japanese island of Kyushu – are now being rolled out globally. The range features three Iced Coconut Matcha Smoothies in mango, peach, and raspberry, and a selection of Matcha Lemonades in classic, yuzu and pineapple, or raspberry. And in the US, we’re serving it ‘hard’ too, with the option to add Grey Goose vodka to an Iced Matcha Latte and Patrón Reposado tequila to our Iced Mango Matcha Latte.

Member-founded NOAM lager heads to the US
Back in March, we introduced member-founded NOAM lager on draught exclusively across our UK Houses. Now, Soho House will be the first to serve the Bavarian beer in the US. Look out for its distinctive bottle – the fluted ‘wave’ pattern is a nod to Munich’s King Ludwig I-era neoclassical architecture – in selected US Houses, alongside our other global draught beer pours, Asahi Super Dry and Peroni Nastro Azzurro.

Picante offerings extended
We’re also bringing you more ways to enjoy our signature Picante cocktail, with Picante fountains coming to Soho House West Hollywood, Little Beach House Malibu, Miami Pool House, Soho House New York, DUMBO House, and Soho House Chicago. New York members and visitors to the city will also be getting the option to enjoy their Picante exactly how they like it with a Picante trolley coming to Soho House New York.

Premium sprits as House pours
We’re changing up our spirit offering, too, and are in the process of making premium spirits Grey Goose vodka and Patrón Reposado tequila the House pours in our US Houses. Plus, we plan to have Woodford Reserve as our go-to bourbon for that member favourite, the Old Fashioned, worldwide by the end of July. Discerning drinkers globally can also enjoy a wide range of Japanese spirits – whisky, gin, and vodka – and cocktails from Suntory. And if you’re visiting Mayfair’s Soho Mews House, be sure to check out our refreshed Martini menu.
