All the food pop-ups hitting our North American Houses

Culinary experiences at Soho House are about more than just eating. Whether you’re snacking at a bar, dining al fresco or planning a special-occasion feast, our menus are designed to complement each House’s individual style. 
 
And this applies to our rotation of pop-ups, too, which aims to keep our offerings as unexpected and broad-reaching as possible. Bringing chefs and eateries from around the world to our Houses, our members can taste of-the-moment dishes and world-renowned creations without having to leave their lounger. 

Be it home or away, you can enjoy pizza by Roberta’s or a Mole Old Fashioned by famed chef Jonathan Zaragoza. Previously, members and guests have indulged in an array of diverse dishes, from Campania specialities by Pipero’s Michelin-starred chef, Ciro Scamardella, to a four-course menu from the African diaspora by Glory Kabe.  

This summer, we’re bringing more of the same Stateside. So, if your tastebuds are itching for something new, you’ll want to take note of these pop-ups coming to DUMBO House, Soho House Chicago and Soho Beach House in Miami.

Roberta’s, DUMBO House 
Roberta’s pizza has legendary status among Brooklyn locals, so naturally Ben Gaynor, Soho House Culinary Director (the Americas), wanted to bring it over to our club that’s located between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. ‘In the summer season, our members join us at DUMBO House to grab some food and drinks, and bask in the sun on the rooftop, and now they can enjoy doing exactly that with Roberta’s fan-favourited pizzas,’ he explains. 

The Bushwick institution will debut its new pizza style ‘Corners’, where they’ll come in a light, crispy rectangular form. The menu will feature their classics, the Bee Sting and Marisa Tomeito, translated into this practical, pool-friendly format. And, to suit your mood, you can order by the slice or as a whole. Then, finish off with a vanilla soft-serve ice cream and sprinkles.

Coco’s, Ocho rooftop at Soho Beach House 
Every Friday to Sunday, from 12pm until close, grab a spot in the sun on the rooftop at Soho Beach House, Miami, where Coco’s will be serving pool-party food and drinks. Designed for those who want to let their hair down (no calorie counting here), you can expect frozen cocktails such as the conveniently named Party Girl Paloma, and classics such as Dirty Burgers and fries or crispy rice and sushi rolls.

Čálli, Soho House Chicago 
Being a Chicago native, we asked James Beard Award semi-finalist and StarChef’s Rising Star, chef Jonathan Zaragoza, to bring his food to Soho House Chicago. Centering on a family-style approach to Mexican dining, Čálli will be the club’s third restaurant offering fresh, colourful plates that complement the culinary identity. Expect creative takes on traditional dishes, such as Chicharron en Mole Crispy Pork Belly, and drinks that do the same – Jarrito Mejor and the Mezcal-based Jadé.
