In the name of good food and diverse culinary experiences, our Houses host different pop-ups throughout the year, ranging from the latest on the scene to the unpredictable. Over the years, we’ve handed over our kitchens to renowned chefs, special guests and One Night Only supper clubs, all in the interest of our food lovers.

This summer, you can kick off your weekend with a Party Girl Paloma cocktail at Coco’s on Ocho at Soho Beach House in Miami, wind down at the end of a busy week with Pen Yen on Soho House Amsterdam’s rooftop, or grab a vanilla soft-serve poolside from Roberta’s at DUMBO House. Wherever you are in the world, you’ll find local food icons, new flavours and member-favourite restaurants to fuel you over the next few months.

Here are the pop-ups you’ll want to visit over the rest of the summer.

Roberta’s, DUMBO House
Roberta’s pizza has legendary status among Brooklyn locals, so naturally Ben Gaynor, Soho House Culinary Director (the Americas), wanted to bring it over to our club that’s located between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. ‘In the summer season, our members join us at DUMBO House to grab some food and drinks, and bask in the sun on the rooftop – now they can enjoy doing exactly that with Roberta’s fan-favourited pizzas,’ he explains.

The Bushwick institution will debut its new pizza style ‘Corners’, where they’ll come in a light, crispy rectangular form and feature their classics, the Bee Sting and Marisa Tomeito, translated into this practical, pool-friendly format. And, to suit your mood, you can order by the slice or as a whole. Then, finish off with a vanilla soft-serve ice cream and sprinkles.

Maya, Soho House Berlin
Our signature Mexican restaurant, Maya, returns to Soho House Berlin this summer for the first time in four years. Now open on the eighth-floor rooftop, Maya is a member favourite that originally launched at Soho House West Hollywood in January 2019, before being introduced at Ludlow House, Shoreditch House and Soho House Berlin.

Serving coastal Baja-inspired Mexican food, members can enjoy lunch and dinner at Maya from Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm until 10pm.

Coco’s, Ocho rooftop at Soho Beach House
Every Friday to Sunday, from 12pm until close, grab a spot in the sun on the rooftop at Soho Beach House in Miami, where pop-up restaurant Coco’s will be serving pool-party food and drinks. Designed for those who want to let their hair down (no calorie counting here), the dishes pay homage to iconic establishments such as Wet Willie’s and TGI Fridays. You can expect frozen cocktails like the conveniently named Party Girl Paloma, and classics such as Dirty Burgers and fries or crispy rice and sushi rolls.

Pen Yen, Soho House Amsterdam
Since its opening in 2015 at Soho Farmhouse, our countryside outpost in Oxfordshire, Pen Yen has become a much-loved fixture at Soho House. And now the izakaya-style Japanese restaurant takes residency at Soho House Amsterdam. Situated on the rooftop, members can enjoy mix and match otsumami small plates such as Ebi Ten Maki Rolls, Smokey Eggplant, and Chicken and Prawn Wontons.
