1. Somatic breathwork meditation with Ade Clark at White City House

To celebrate World Meditation Day, meditation and breathwork expert, Ade Clark, leads a special poolside event at White City Health Club. Moderating our breath is the quickest and easiest way to alleviate stress, anxiety, and other symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system. In this session, we use breath practices, music, and visualisations to heal unprocessed emotion in the body.
