3. Glasshouse takeover: FȲR at Soho Farmhouse
FȲR is the new restaurant concept from chef Talia Prince. South Africa-born Prince, whose love of cooking over fire is integral to her menu and bold flavours, is challenging herself to create conscious restaurant menus that reflect the changes in our way of eating.

Her menu for this Glasshouse takeover features plant-forward dishes that celebrate the high-quality produce available in the UK. Tickets are £30 per person and include a 10-course tasting menu.
