The Weekender: The top five coolest things to do in the UK

1. House Party: Goldie Quaker at Shoreditch House

Kicking off our International Women’s Day events is DJ and Rinse FM Breakfast Show presenter, Goldie Quaker. Her set in the Library is guaranteed to keep you dancing into the early hours.

2. Motions at Tea Building Studio

This immersive event is designed to take you on a cultural journey through the sweet sounds of amapiano, Afro house, and Afrobeat. Expect favourites from the DJ world, plus a special amapiano set from saxophonist Joko Magic on the night.

Running from 9pm to 2am, this event can be booked here. 

3. Spring walk at Soho Farmhouse

Wake up and choose wholesomeness with this five-mile morning walk, exploring the farm tracks, open fields, quiet country lanes, and pretty hamlets surrounding the Farm. The terrain is mostly flat with gentle hills, but a good level of fitness is required.

Please note: dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control through farmland. It can be very muddy, so walking boots or wellies are recommended.

4. Pen Yen brunch at Soho Farmhouse

Worked up an appetite on our spring walk? Head straight to Pen Yen to enjoy a sushi feast brunch with music from our House DJ – Sundays don’t get much better than that.

5. Ghana Independence Day at White City Studio

We’re celebrating Ghana Independence Day with a Ghanaian-owned pop-up event, serving a traditional menu and playing the best tunes from a dynamic trio: DJ Kwamz, DJ Ov, and GHBACK2BACK.
