British musician and radio presenter Jarvis Cocker has released what he calls ‘not a life story, but a loft story’ in the form of his new book, Good Pop, Bad Pop. Based on the jumble of objects he found while clearing out his loft, the book reveals and reflects on his creative process – from writing and musicianship to ambition, style, and stagecraft.
Hosted at White City House in collaboration with Don’t Panic, Cocker read a few passages from the book to a full audience of fans before taking part in a live Q&A. At the end of the evening, members and their guests were gifted with signed copies of the book.
