Soho House Hong Kong made the most of the last few days of summer last weekend by partnering with one of the city’s biggest breweries, Carbon Brews. On Sunday, the company launched its newest flavour: watermelon gose, with a poolside pop-up at the House. To keep members fed, the people behind Mongkok joint Graceland cooked up their trademark Memphis pulled pork sliders and Nashville hot chicken wings, which paired perfectly with the beer’s subtle spice and citrus undertones.
The party continued with an evening of jamming and freestyling, hosted by singer-songwriter Cy Leo. On the night, artists Daniel Chu, Victor Chu, Crotus Chan, Tom Wong and Enoch Cheng joined in on the fun.
