3. thy.self presents: state shifting through sound at 40 Greek Street
thy.self hosts this morning session featuring a good vibration sound bath followed by a manifesting through affirmation writing exercise – a process that helps to adjust and align personal goals, as well as target stress points, improving the emotional experience and clearing the mind.

4. Soho Rising: Gabriels at 180 House
Soho Rising, supported by Bowers & Wilkins, is our platform for championing the best emerging talent around, giving you the chance to see the stars of tomorrow first. Previous guests have included Arlo Parks, Griff and Holly Humberstone, and we are excited to introduce our next run of artists for 2022. 

For this session, we welcome Gabriels, an LA-based group consisting of lead singer Jacob Lusk, and producers Ari Balouzian and Ryan Hope, whose music runs from doo-wop to gospel. Elton John described their song, ‘Love And Hate In A Different Time’ as ‘one of the most seminal records I’ve heard in the past 10 years’.

5. What does it mean to be a man in 2022? at Shoreditch House
Head over to the Library for a discussion on modern masculinity and the current state of young men in the UK. This event is hosted by Decent magazine in collaboration with Amplify.

6. Leather workshop at Babington House
Craftsman Kingsley Walters studied tailoring and learnt the traditional methods of working with leather, quickly becoming captivated by it as a material. In this workshop, learn how to make a vegetable-tanned leather card holder using long-established handcrafting techniques, as well as the core skills.

9. Books for breakfast: Dipo Faloyin at 76 Dean Street

10. Walled Garden Club Supper at Babington House
