Get ready for Babington Fete this summer

Lawn games, face painting, a special lunch in the Walled Garden, and a headline performance by Supergrass – it’s all happening in Somerset this June
Thursday 16 April 2026 By Soho House
With Glastonbury taking a year off, we’re hosting our own celebration in the Somerset countryside at Babington House on Saturday 27 June. Join us on the lawn from 12pm for lots of fete-style fun with games, face painting, and more for all the family.

Our House shacks will be serving plenty of food and drinks, from signature House favourites to offerings from our partners. Peroni Nastro Azzurro will be on-site serving beer from their bar, and you can enjoy TRIP-infused cocktails and drinks, alongside a selection of House cocktails at the Soho House bar. Meanwhile, Mirabeau will be providing two ways to enjoy their Provence Rosé – from their dedicated airstream on the lawn, or at an Endless Lunch inside the Walled Garden.
This edition of our Endless Lunch series welcomes guest chef Simon Stallard, whose beachside feasts at his acclaimed restaurant The Hidden Hut in Cornwall have become a must-visit for both local and international food lovers. For this lunch, he’ll be bringing his signature open-fire cooking to a bespoke feast designed to be enjoyed alongside a series of pairings with Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé.
And that’s not all. Edith Bowman will be hosting the day’s entertainment, with music from our House DJs and live performances across the afternoon and into the evening. Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae will be the first of our performers to take to the stage, followed by a live set from DJ Noman Jay and his Good Times Band, complete with special guests. As if that wasn’t enough, our headline act is 1990s band Supergrass, who’ll be closing out the night with a set of their signature, singalong indie-rock.
Tickets go on sale to Every House members on Friday 1 May, and for Local House members on Sunday 3 May. Find out more here.
