Find your run community and boost wellbeing at Soho House

Maintain post-marathon momentum and get ready for the next big race with Run Clubs, workouts, and full-body recovery programmes across our global Houses

Running is becoming increasingly popular among our members across the globe, and throughout February and April we hosted a series of events in Tokyo, Paris, Manchester and London to coincide with the marathons held there.
Race weekend in Tokyo saw members gather on the rooftop at Soho House Tokyo on the day before the race for a poolside warm-up and stretch ahead of a run, which was fuelled by turmeric and ginger shots, natural energy drinks, and nutrient-dense snacks. On race day, the Post-Marathon Groove party in the evening brought 200 guests together to celebrate the weekend’s achievements at HVEN with a DJ, signature House drinks, and alcohol-free options.

Additional Soho Marathon Weeks will take place at various Houses later in the year, aligning with run weekends in other cities. Among them is Soho House Berlin, which will host an activation in partnership with adidas in September.
Of course, the big annual city marathons occur over one weekend – but all year round, select Houses host Run Clubs: supportive communities where members can gather, train and keep motivated. Brighton Beach House, 180 House, White City House and Soho House Chicago are just some of the clubs that offer these dynamic sessions, which are focused on boosting fitness, endurance, and speed. Led by experienced coaches, they cater to all experience levels, whether members are taking their first steps into running, training regularly or aiming for a new personal best.

It’s no secret that a consistent training regime is most effective when paired with targeted recovery. As part of Soho Health Club, Every House members have access to dedicated spaces and a whole host of treatments that go beyond fitness, championing a holistic approach to wellbeing. Alongside saunas, ice baths and therapeutic massages, Soho Health Club offers treatments specifically designed to support post-run recovery.

Other treatments on offer include a deep-tissue massage, which uses firm pressure to release built-up tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue – especially beneficial for runners experiencing tightness and fatigue.
Check your local House offering to learn about the Soho Health Club events and workshops available. Every House members enjoy access to Soho Health Clubs globally and receive additional benefits, including guest passes and an annual complimentary PT session.
