Maintain post-marathon momentum and get ready for the next big race with Run Clubs, workouts, and full-body recovery programmes across our global Houses

Tuesday 28 April 2026 By Anna D’Alessio

Running is becoming increasingly popular among our members across the globe, and throughout February and April we hosted a series of events in Tokyo, Paris, Manchester and London to coincide with the marathons held there.

Race weekend in Tokyo saw members gather on the rooftop at Soho House Tokyo on the day before the race for a poolside warm-up and stretch ahead of a run, which was fuelled by turmeric and ginger shots, natural energy drinks, and nutrient-dense snacks. On race day, the Post-Marathon Groove party in the evening brought 200 guests together to celebrate the weekend’s achievements at HVEN with a DJ, signature House drinks, and alcohol-free options.

In Paris, Manchester and London, events kicked off with the Soho Marathon Week Shakeout run in partnership with adidas – a relaxed, social 5K complete with guided warm-ups, hydration stations, and a post-run breakfast designed to bring members of the community together ahead of the big events. On marathon days, after crossing the finish line, participating members and their supporters came together in their local House for a Marathon Afterparty, celebrating their achievements with food and drinks, recovery treatments, and complimentary adidas goodies.

Additional Soho Marathon Weeks will take place at various Houses later in the year, aligning with run weekends in other cities. Among them is Soho House Berlin, which will host an activation in partnership with adidas in September.

Of course, the big annual city marathons occur over one weekend – but all year round, select Houses host Run Clubs: supportive communities where members can gather, train and keep motivated. Brighton Beach House, 180 House, White City House and Soho House Chicago are just some of the clubs that offer these dynamic sessions, which are focused on boosting fitness, endurance, and speed. Led by experienced coaches, they cater to all experience levels, whether members are taking their first steps into running, training regularly or aiming for a new personal best.

Other events include the Soho 10K – guided runs between Soho House locations blending community, performance, and recovery. In London, Soho 10K East Meets West led members on a scenic route past landmarks including Tower Bridge and Hyde Park, before finishing with smoothies at 180 House’s Soho Health Club. In New York, the All-House 10K unfolded as a four-week training series, culminating in a 10K run that finished at DUMBO House. There, members were welcomed with a whole range of post-run amenities, including rooftop ice baths, IVs, a recovery station, and a DJ.

It’s no secret that a consistent training regime is most effective when paired with targeted recovery. As part of Soho Health Club, Every House members have access to dedicated spaces and a whole host of treatments that go beyond fitness, championing a holistic approach to wellbeing. Alongside saunas, ice baths and therapeutic massages, Soho Health Club offers treatments specifically designed to support post-run recovery.

These include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) – a pressurised treatment that accelerates healing, reduces inflammation, and boosts energy through increasing oxygen levels in the body. Ideal before or after a run or workout, it relieves stiffness and supports muscle recovery and cognitive function. In select Houses, members can enjoy it alongside a complimentary smoothie to rehydrate and replenish essential nutrients. Red light therapy (PBM) stimulates cellular repair, boosts collagen and improves circulation, targeting skin health, muscle recovery, and overall rejuvenation.

Other treatments on offer include a deep-tissue massage, which uses firm pressure to release built-up tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue – especially beneficial for runners experiencing tightness and fatigue.
Check your local House offering to learn about the Soho Health Club events and workshops available. Every House members enjoy access to Soho Health Clubs globally and receive additional benefits, including guest passes and an annual complimentary PT session.
