Upset you missed Bree Runway? We would be too. Festival season has been put on hold for far too long— but with April kicking off a wild month of live music’s return, we’re bringing you Soho Desert House to make up for lost time.

Day 1’s music kicked off with a lineup of DJs taking over the Beach stage. Mr Saturday, Damon De Graff, Michelle Leshem and more played tropical and deep house sets in front of a giant disco ball backdrop. Collective No Man Curse brought tropical energy all the way from DTLA to the main stage with Caribbean culture setting the tone for the day to come. Crowd favorite, the one and only Diplo delivered house favorites and his all-time classics. Later that night as the sun tucked behind the desert mountains, East London icon Bree Runway took the stage with her punkish pop sound. English resident DJ Zen Freeman closed out night one on the main stage with his cult following in tow.

In between sets, Supergoop! sunscreen and umbrellas from Business and Pleasure Co kept us cool from the sweltering heat, alongside hard seltzers from Amass, Double Dutch mixers, and Trip CBD. Guests freshened up with Eilish perfumes while snacking on plant-based Chicas Tacos and Daring Chicken

Don’t miss performances tomorrow from Soulection and Honey Dijon and a whole lot more of food and liquid courage to keep the vibes going all weekend long.
