Soho Health Club

Accessed from Arundel Street to the left of the main House entrance, the 180 House gym is located in the basement, hidden away from the busy city above. 
Designed to encourage performance and promote holistic wellness and longevity, our gym in central London features a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber (HBOT), state-of-the-art fitness equipment, infrared saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, a recovery area, and a smoothie bar. 
The 618 sq ft health club in London is fully equipped with:

• A state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber (HBOT)
• An extensive range of Technogym cardio and resistance machines
• A fitness studio hosting a daily schedule of classes
• A classical Pilates studio with tower and barrel apparatus
• Ice baths, steam rooms, and an infrared sauna in London 
• A post-workout recovery area with mats, Bosu balls, bands, and foam rollers
• Residencies from specialists, including facial therapy, sports and rehabilitation physiotherapy, and bespoke IV infusions
• A smoothie bar with a new menu of protein shakes

Features

Located inside the gym, the HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber) is a pressurised Oxygen therapy that accelerates healing, reduces muscle inflammation and boosts energy.

The gym has TechnoGym cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowing and step machines, as well as strength and resistance plate-loaded and cable machines, Reformer Pilates beds, Olympic lifting platforms, boxing bags, and a free weights area.
Inside each of the changing rooms, there are amenities designed for recovery and relaxation, including infrared saunas, Verde Luana marble steam rooms, and two ice baths. In the gym’s recovery area, you’ll find Hyporice massage guns and leg compression boots designed to aid recovery by increasing circulation, reviving muscles, and reducing swelling.
Every week, there’s a range of signature Form, Power and Restore classes, as well as mat and studio Pilates. 
 
Personal training is available to book via the member app or at the front desk.
The changing rooms are finished with pewter-green mosaic flooring, and include four gender-neutral and four accessible spaces. Inside, there are rainforest showers stocked with signature Cowshed products, alongside warm maple wood lockers, Calacatta Verde marble vanity counters, and Dyson hairdryers and straighteners.
Served at the gym reception, from the marble-top juice bar, order a signature smoothie, cold-pressed juice, coffee or tea, or take home a Fresh Fitness Food meal.
Centrally located, the gym is just a short walk from Temple Underground Station. The entrance can be found on Arundel Street – the road located to the left of the 180 House entrance. At the brown gates, ring the doorbell to be let in by the reception team. Once through the gates, the door to the right will lead you inside to the gym.
Personal training consultations and appointments, as well as SGPT, are available to book on the app or at the Gym reception.
