Unwind in Nashville at our next Soho Retreat

In August, our House in Music City becomes a sanctuary of restoration and self-reflection, with workouts from the Soho Health Club team and classes by our practitioners

Finding time to prioritise rest and relaxation is important – which is why between Friday 22 August and Sunday 24 August, we’re bringing our Soho Retreats to Nashville for three days of holistic wellness at our largest House in North America.
The retreat begins on Friday, where you’ll meet your fellow guests. After introductions, the team will guide you through a breathwork session to help you set your intentions for the weekend ahead. Next, you’ll take part in a ‘Craft and Connect’ session, led by local experts.
The day will end with a family-style dinner served under the stars in the House’s Secret Garden. Over dessert, you’ll learn about improving sleep through biohacking techniques and supplements.

Saturday begins with a bespoke workout with the House’s Soho Health Club team with something for everyone – from yoga and Pilates to HIIT and boxing. This will be followed by some guided breathwork and a cold plunge session with Detox House. Next, you’ll refuel with a healthy brunch, alongside smoothies from the new Soho Health Club drinks menu.
The afternoon begins with a breathwork session with founder of Integrative Breathwork Millana Snow, followed by a creative writing workshop led by author Jedidiah Jenkins, who will guide you through the basic principles of learning how to outwardly express your inner thoughts and feelings through the written word. Ahead of dinner, you’ll have the chance to try out a number of activities to restore and help guide self-reflection, including aura photography, restorative IV drips, massage, and tarot reading.
The day ends with a dinner themed around ‘soul shine and dine’. Local designer Daniel Diamond will be on hand to provide you with fashion pieces that really allow you the shine, as you sip on cocktails, wine and a variety of non-alcoholic options from our friends at Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits, who will share an assortment of products crafted to encourage connection and conversation. The evening will be accompanied by live music, so it promises to be an evening to remember.

This is followed by a yoga and somatic movement class led by Aree Khodai, founder of Arees Army and Soho House’s Head of Wellness, Tino DeMartino. This session will reawaken the body after easing into the morning.
After checkout, you’ll gather with your fellow guests for a final breakfast and closing circle – the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings from the weekend.
