Terms and Conditions

The Soho House Sleepover gift cards are no longer available for purchase. Existing cards purchased can be used by non-members. Please note all cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Sleepover gift cards can be redeemed against accommodation, as well as goods and services when staying at most Soho Houses worldwide, with the exception of Soho House Mumbai, Soho House Istanbul, Soho Roc House in Mykonos or The Ned in London.

Any remaining funds on the gift card can be redeemed against food and drink, Cowshed treatments and retail while you are a guest, or against a future stay.
Gift cards cannot be topped up, exchanged for cash or used to settle any balances that do not relate to House stays.

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or transferred.
No change will be given, but balances can be carried forward for future stays.
Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after this date will be automatically forfeited.

When booking, you must state that you wish to redeem a gift card, and the physical card must be presented at the point of check-in. It cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed, damaged or stolen, and it cannot be used if not presented at check-in.

Where a card is gifted by a member, the guest, along with any other accompanying guests, remain the responsibility of the member at all times. For non-members, the name of the member who purchased the gift card will need to be provided during the reservation process.
