House guidelines

Our Houses are private places

Our members' privacy is very important so please don't take photos in the Houses or bother anyone you don't know. Posting about the Houses or fellow members on social media is not allowed.

Keep it casual

We're a members' club for people working in the creative industries and we have a relaxed dress code. Please make sure your guests know this too.

Phones and laptops

Communal spaces in the House are phone call-free areas so please keep your devices on silent. If you need to take or make a call, please do it quietly on the terrace or below the stairs. 
Members can use laptops in the Sitting room and the lower terrace of the Garden until 11:30am.
Members can also use laptops on the outside Terrace, in the Sitting Room Library and the communal table under the stairs until 6pm

Guests are welcome

Soho House West Hollywood members can sign in up to three guests at any time. You are responsible for your guests' behaviour so please keep an eye on them and make sure they call it a night when you do.

First come, first served

We recommend reservations for the Garden and Maya. The Sitting Room is walk-in only. 

Children

Soho House West Hollywood is a club for adults, but those under 21 are welcome on Mondays and Sundays until 8pm. Keep an eye on the members' app for our Teeny House children's events.

Pets

We don't allow animals at Soho House West Hollywood, except for legally recognised service animals.

Settling up

We don't offer credit at the Houses, so please pay your bill when you leave

Illegal substances

Any member found to be buying, selling, using or possessing illegal drugs while on House premises will have their membership terminated
