Discover Soho Health Club at Soho House São Paulo

Nothing ever stands still – and that is certainly true when it comes to Soho Health Club. Following the opening of our dedicated exercise and wellness offering at Soho House Mexico City last month, our other Latin American outpost – Soho House São Paulo – is completing the final phase of its own Soho Health Club. 

Since the first phase opened last spring, members at Soho House São Paulo have been enjoying the large, light-filled space that’s home to a state-of-the-art gym with cardio and strength equipment, including curved treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, cable stations, and more. 
 
During that time, work on the rest of the plans for the club have been continuing, with the final phases wrapped up and ready to open in the coming weeks, including a programme of core Soho House signature classes – from Mat Pilates and Yin Yoga to Body Max – in the on-site studio, and personal trainers to challenge, encourage and guide members on the gym floor. 

Full changing rooms and amenities, including a sauna and steam room, and contrast showers, will be available by the end of February, with a curated retail, drinks and smoothie offering also on the way later in the spring. Up on the rooftop, the pool – which also opened last year – is ideal for a post-exercise dip or simply relaxing around when you’ve completed your workout.
