Accessibility
Accessible toilets are located in the gym, and on the ground, eighth, ninth and tenth floors.
There is no parking available.
Laptops
Laptops can be used in the Playroom and the Games Room on the ninth floor at the following times:
Monday to Sunday: until 6pm.
Phone or video calls are not permitted in the club. Members can make essential calls in the loft lobby on the ninth floor.
Rooftop and pool
Rooftop pool opening hours:
Monday to Sunday: 8am to 10pm.
Sunbeds on the rooftop can be booked in the app. Select ‘Poolside’ in the bookings section, then choose ‘White City House pool’.

Children must have a Child membership to use the pool at White City House. Child members can swim until 12pm each day.
Children are not permitted to use the indoor pool.
Children are permitted on the eight and ninth floor (excluding the bar) until 6pm each day and on the tenth floor until 12pm.
