Opened in 2022, the House is a short walk from Sunset Boulevard. It features 34 bedrooms, a rooftop restaurant with a mural by local artist Jessalyn Brooks, cozy club space, plus weekly music programming including live performances across a range of genres. There is also an extensive art collection with works by Los Angeles-based artists all under the age of 40
