While music was the number one draw, an opportunity to dress up proved just as enticing. The Soho Desert House crowd on day 2 was dressed to the nines— head to toe fits vibing to DJs on two stages all day and night.

The famous themes of festival looks were out to play; sporty sneaker heads, rhinestone cowgirls and bohemian-clad people took up the majority of the crowd with a few new standout aesthetics in tow. The most notable and least predictable being the Coconut Girl Aesthetic— what is that you might ask? A TikTok trend gone viral of hibiscus print, Y2K butterfly clips, and those strappy tank tops you wore in grade school.

Among the classic festival crochet and fringe, new Western silhouettes emerged. Rhinestone space cowgirls paired metallics and sequins with their knee high boots dancing to Honey Dijon’s energetic set on the main stage. Dune-inspired looks taking notes from Zendaya’s draped earth tones strutted through the grounds all day hinting at the the Sci-Fi fantasy film.

Now back to the music, the crowd turned up with sets from Soulection, Channel Tres, Everyday People, and even Dom Chung, Soho House’s Global Head of Music jumped on the tables for a set.

Check out more from Saturday in the desert and don’t miss out on Weekend 1’s final day Soho Desert House tomorrow, or meet us back at Empire Grand Oasis for Weekend 2.
