Home Kitchen: Making nut milk with Gemma Ogston

Seasoned plant-based chef, Gemma Ogston of Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen, shows you how to make nut milk at home using minimal equipment.
Ingredients
1 cup of nuts/ seeds soaked overnight and rinsed
3/4 litre of water
Pinch of rock salt
3-4 dates
Method
Blend all the ingredients for three minutes, then pour though a sieve.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
