Conceived and filmed during lockdown, Samuel Bebbington’s new short documentary, Upstream, tells the story of childhood friends Charlie and Harry. While isolated in their hometown due to COVID-19, they rowed all 346km of the Thames in 48 hours to raise money for NHS charities.
