Everything you need to know about Soho Beach House

Known as much for its beaches, palm trees and parties as its creative scene in the bustling Wynwood Art District, Miami is a city full of surprise and excitement. There’s always something new to discover, and Soho Beach House is the perfect base for your adventure.

Overlooking the beach, the House is set in a 15-storey tower, with 50 bedrooms ranging from Cosy to apartment-style Extra Large Ocean rooms. There’s also the beautifully designed pool surrounded by daybeds and a bar, which is the main feature, alongside the beach and ocean views, of course. But the highlights don’t end there, as there’s plenty more to discover.

Architecture and interiors 

Soho Beach House is located in a restored historic Sovereign Hotel dating back to the 1940s, and is surrounded by gardens and outdoor public spaces. 

 From its original Art Deco heritage to decor inspired by 1940s Cuba, the House has a vibrant atmosphere, complemented further by its beachfront location. The design promotes indoor-outdoor connectivity with spaces flowing from street-facing entry to the pool, garden, and ocean. Then there’s Cecconi’s, our in-house Italian restaurant in the courtyard. 
 
The main club spaces are: the second-floor outdoor terrace, the Snug – a cosy spot for having a drink – and the Beachbar where guests can go for post-beach cocktails and live music. Last but by no means least, there’s Ocho, the rooftop terrace on the eighth floor, complete with a bar and plunge pool. 

 

The bedrooms

With a retro Cuban-inspired look combined with Soho House signatures, the bedrooms feature tiled floors, leather armchairs and raw concrete beams softened with patterned textiles and jewel-toned velvet sofas. Guests can also make the most of the extra comfy beds and large baths for peak relaxation. In the Ocean rooms, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces with sea views. 

Food and drink

Cecconi’s, our in-house Northern Italian restaurant, serves wood-fired pizzas and handmade pasta, alongside salads and starters inspired by the local food scene (the Tuna Tostada is a favourite). There are also plenty of weekend brunch options, including the popular weekend Feast. 
 
The second-floor club menu has the added touch of Miami-inspired dishes, as well as plant-based options. Meanwhile, the beach and pool offer a daytime menu with salads and healthy bowls for a post-swim snack (or a House Burger if you fancy).  

Gym and wellness

For those committed to their workout routine or simply looking to sweat off the Picantes from the night before, there’s a fully equipped gym and a Cowshed spa in the House. The third-floor gym has a balcony overlooking the ocean for outdoor training, plus steam rooms and a lounge area. The spa is also located on the third floor, with additional steam rooms, treatment rooms, and a relaxation area. We also offer multiple fitness classes every day, from Beach Bootcamp and Pilates to aerobics in the pool.
